*THANKS FOR ALL THE IDEAS AND FEEDBACK!*

This will be at the top of all of my Guides so do press Ctrl+ F and type in the Subheading if you want to jump to a specific part fast!

1. Opening, Introduction and Disclaimer
2. My Relationship with this Champion + Champion Info
3. Runes, Masteries and Summoner Spells
4. Skill Selection + Sequence
5. Item Explanation
6. Laning, Killing and Teamfights (How to Use LB)
7. Conclusion

1. Opening, Introduction and Disclamier

Sup everyone! This is my first Guide EVER so do be abit lenient on the comments! I would like to thank the following players for making this possible! They are namely Dovahkiin himself and Argo for taking the time to approve the idea of this forums and allowing us to help each other! I would like to also thank TwistedEmpathy and JudasGaga913 for allowing me to test my builds with them!

*DISCLAMIER*
At all times folks do remember. This is a guide and ONLY a guide. Do try to follow and tweak the build according to your preference and enjoyment! I will NOT be held responsible for any injuries, losses or deaths resulting from the use of this build. HAVE A GOOD DAYYYYY :DD

2. My Relationship with this Champion + Champion Info

Champion Name: LeBlanc
Also known as: LePwn, LeTroll, LeB****, Beyonce, MontBlanc
Best Known for:
1.Being the Ex-Leader of Politics in Noxus (She's the nicer PM who once held control of politics but sadly the system went abrupt because Bird Man Swain took over Razz)
2. Lying
3. Trolling (FOR MY NEXT TRICK, I WILL MAKE THEIR LIFE BAR DISSAPEAR *trollface*)

Hotness Meter (Out of 10): 8 (A form of art)
Badass Meter(Out of 10): 8(One of the STRONGEST nukers in the game)
Difficulty Meter(Out of 10): 5(Once you get the hang of it ITS EASY TO OWN)

Introduction:

LeBlanc, is typically an AP Solo Mid Champion. The Skills that she have is enough to move in quickly, score a kill and get out.
She should be played with moderate risk and because she is an AP Solo Mid, she WILL be squishy. What you will need to do as a new/experienced player will be stated from the basics and I wish you all the best in playing one of the most dangerous Champs of the League.

My Relationship with LeBlanc is that when I was still a newb, there was something about her that intruiged me. I always liked nukers, especially those with TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. DAMAGE. I also liked peeps who have a tinge of art to them (Kuja, Zhang He etc.) LeBlanc, is a combination of both and I fell in love with her IMMEDIATELY. She is the first champ I bought a skin for (Priestigous, s**** Mistletoe, came out too late) and my first official carry main. I hope that you will be attracted to her as well because personally I feel that you need to be attached to a Champ in some way to have fun. Good luck!

LeBlanc artwork: *DISABLED*
LeBlanc BackGround/Story: *DISABLED*

PROS:

1. One of the STRONGEST nukers in the game
2. Has a Triple Flash ability (Check skill section for more Razz)
3. You're Sexy and you know it
4. High Survivalibility
5. Easy to own once you get the hang of it
6. People are scared of you
7. Easy to tell new LeBlanc players, therefore leveraging on them

CONS:

1. Shut down HARD by CC.
2. Often targeted first in TeamFights
3. In Teamfights, often useless unless you are an EXCELLENT clicker
4. Needs Mapsense and alertness to play
5. Not as Sexy as Eve D: Sorry T.T

Let's get started shall we?

3. Runes, Masteries and Summoner Spells

RUNES

As LeBlanc is a AP champ, the typical runes fall into place

Potency: Ability Power
Insight: Magic Penetration
Clarity: MP5/Lvl
Focus: CD

These are the runes I use for her and should be used as a rough guide. Runes should be according do your flexibility and desire. Not all players use these runes and do well. A Balance is what i recommend. However if you are REALLY interested in my rune page:

3 Potency Quints, giving me 15 AP (rounded up)
9 Insight Marks, giving me 9 Magic Pen(rounded up)
7 Clarity Seals, giving me 0.455 Mana Regen/5 sec at Level 1, and 8.19 at Level 18
2 Vitality Seals, giving me 2.16 health at Level 1, and 38.88 at Level 18
4 Potency Glyphs, giving me 4 AP(Rounded up)
and 5 Focus Glyphs, giving me 3.25% additional Cooldown rate.

Masteries:

As an advanced LeBlanc player, I tend to go all out and ensure that the enemy is dead. Therefore I would not take defensive masteries and runes to ensure my deadliness. Here are my masteries and why I choose them.

Strength/Offense: (21/30)

Rank 1
Summoner's Wrath 1/1: For my Ignite
Mental Force: 4/4: For additional AP

Rank 2
Sorcery 4/4: So I can spam skills

Rank 3:
Arcane Knowledge 1/1: A MUST for all AP Champs
Havoc 2/3: The most useful among the rest in order to get to the next rank

Rank 4:
Blast 4/4: Moar AP!

Rank 5:
Archmage 4/4: MOAR KRABS!

Rank 6:
Executioner 1/1: Must have for all carries

Defense: (0/30)
Why do i need Defense when I can ensure the death of my opponents? (Most of the time at least Razz)

Support/Utility 9/30

Rank 1:
Summoner's Insight 1/1 (Mah Flash and Tele)
Expanded Mind 3/3 (MOAR MANA YOU NEED)
Improved Recall 1/1 (EVERY CHAMP NEEDS THIS)

Rank 2:
Meditation3/3 (You will most likely not have mana problems)

Rank 3:
Runic Affinity 1/1 (EVERY CHAMP NEEDS THIS TOO D:)

Personally I feel that this is the FLAT build for all AP champs. Trust me. Have fun using this Mastery Page!

Summoner Spells

RANK 1 (Most Viable)

Flash (Triple Flash no?)

Ignite (I don't think I need to explain)

Teleport (Helps you get back in lane fast. And when your opponents over extend in top or bottom (go past your creeps to chase your friends in their lane) hehe.... I'm sure you know what to do Very Happy)

RANK 2: (Ok...)

Clarity (You should NOT have any Mana Problems using my guide. If you do its a good and bad. Good meaning that you are good in spamming, bad meaning that you are wasting mana Razz The 3 spells above are always better imo.)

Surge (You could use that extra AP in teamfights.. 78 ap is ALOT and when stacked with your caps ohohohooho MERRY XMAS!)

Heal (Being Squishy, well you get the idea Razz)

RANK 3: (Only take if you have a REALLY good reason)

Ghost (Triple Flash?)

Cleanse (Not a REALLY bad choice, just that there are alot of better spells than this)

Promote (You ain't Alistar.. But I guess it wouldn't hurt if you want to troll with this spell Razz But try the Rank 1s, so much better than this)

RANK 4: NONONO!

Exhaust (You are NOT Caitlyn and yes her thighs and legs are HUGE @_@)

Clairvoyance (Mapsense yourself urgh. Or get Sona or Taric to do it for you)

Revive (WAIT FOR IT AND BE PATIENT)

Smite (YOU ARE NOT PHREAK AND WILL NEVER BE MUAHAHAHHAHA)

Garrison (You will never hold that fort on your own. Trust me)

So that done, choose wisely and experiment!

4. Skill Selection + Sequence

First, an explanation of your skills.

[PASSIVE] Mirror Image

Description: When LeBlanc is brought below 40% health, she instantly becomes stealthed for half a second. When the stealth fades, she creates a Mirror Image of herself that can move, deals no attack damage, has 53 + (17 x level) less health, and lasts for up to 8 seconds. This can only occur once per minute, regardless of cooldown reduction. The illusion's autoattacks will proc on-hit effects (including damage).

Your Passive or Innate Ability. Woohoo. How Useful.
That's what you may be thinking.. But here are the ACTUAL uses of Mirror Image

1. To Stop an enemy's attacks (Forces auto att-ers to reclick, tracking spells to have to re-cast)

2. To Confuse an enemy (You may think that only a newb will be confused by this. But TRUST ME. Even Pros find it hard to distinguish a Real and Fake LB for a few seconds)

3. The 0.5 Second Stealth (May not seem like alot, but this is what causes reason 1. And who knows? You might just get lucky

4. Forces you to be careful (You may be farming and not noticing your Health Bar when suddenly you hear a Poof Sound. This skill tells you that you are under 40% Health and should be careful until you gain back more Health

So that's your Passive. Quite neat isn't it? Do be reminded that it has an O-K cooldown of 1 minute. Not too shabby at all!

[Q] Sigil of Silence

Type of Skill: CC (Silence) , Single-Target, Nuke

Description: LeBlanc projects an orb towards her target, dealing magic damage and marking the target for 3.5 seconds. If the target takes damage from one of LeBlanc's abilities, the mark will trigger, dealing magic damage and silencing the target for 2 seconds.

Cost: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 mana

Initial Magic Damage: 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+0.6 per ability power)

Secondary Magic Damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+0.3 per ability power)

This is your Bread and Butter Skill. The skill that lets you harass enemy champs and Last-Hit minions when you have that extra mana to spare. Trust me this skill is great. Lastly this skill is also an initiation skill.
With the additional silence this skill is easily the primary skill of LeBlanc.

[W] Distortion

Type of Skill: Damage, AoE, Movement

Description: LeBlanc rapidly dashes to a target location, dealing magic damage to units near the location. In the following 3 seconds, she can activate Distortion again to blink back to her starting location.

Cost: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 mana

Magic Damage: 85 / 125 / 165 / 205 / 245 (+0.6 per ability power)

This is your Initiation skill if your opponent gets too scardy-cat like. This is also a part of your 1-2 step combo during Early Game. This skill is also your Movement skill which allows you to escape! The Triple Flash! VERY HANDY.

[E] Ethereal Chains

Type of Skill: CC (Slow), CC(Snare), AIMED skill

Description: LeBlanc flings illusionary chains in a line towards a target location. If it hits an enemy unit, it will deal initial magic damage and leash to it, slowing their movement speed by 25% while the leash remains. If the target remains leashed after 2 seconds, the target takes additional magic damage and is snared for a few seconds.

Cost: 80 mana

Initial Magic Damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+0.5 per ability power)

Delayed Magic Damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+0.5 per ability power)

Snare Duration: 1 / 1.3 / 1.6 / 1.9 / 2.2 second(s)

This is another Initiation skill. The latch and snare should not be underestimated (though a stun might be better, as the enemy can still attack and cast spells (except movement spells) while snared)

[R] Mimic

Type of Skill: SPECIAL, Various

Description: LeBlanc casts the previous spell she cast. The mimicked spell deals significantly increased damage.

Cost: 100 / 50 / 0 mana

Damage Increase: 10 / 25 / 40 %

This is it. Your ULTI. This is what makes you so deadly on the battlefield that even Chuck Norris gets stunned for a millionth of a second. This ulti also determines your skill level, as many LeBlanc players who are new tend to underestimate and not use this ulti often. Trust me. This skill is what makes LeBlanc OP.

Skill Sequence:

Q, W, Q, E, Q, R (Level 1 to 6)
Q, W, Q, W, R (Level 6 to 11)
W, W, E, E, R (Level 11 to 16)
E, E(Level 16 to 18)

Well basically this is what your skill adding should look like. I'm sure you are smart enough to figure out yourself the reasons why i add this. Now, on to the second most important part of my guide.

5. Item Explanation

Doran's Ring > Sorcerer's Shoes > Meja's Soulstealer > Rabadon's Deathcap > Void Staff > Zhonya's Hourglass > Rabadon's Deathcap

To Start:

Doran's Ring
Doran's items are pretty awshum aren't they? A Great starting item for almost all AP Casters

OR
Boots of Speed and 3 HP-Pots
Well, this is for more survivability actually, it all comes down to preference.

Sorcerer's Shoes
Not going to explain on this

Meja's Soulstealer
Now.. You may ask that you are a Newbie and you would rather think that other items are better.
I say Go for the SoulStealer Razz, practice makes perfect and before you know it, you will have 160 AP rolling in! LeBlanc w/o SoulStealer isn't as scary as one who has it actually

First Deathcap

Abit Expensive I'd have to say, buying a Deathcap.. But remind yourself that you're LeBlanc! So I'd suggest you get this item out quickly. (ALSO A MUST FOR ALMOST ALL AP USERS)

Void Staff
Magic Pen. Useful actually, I make a good habit to get this for almost all AP Champs that I play.

Zhonya's Hourglass
I actually think a Zhonya and a Deathcap is better than 2 Deathcaps Razz
The passive comes in handy if your enemies get abit too Trigger-Happy and aim you first. Just Macro the Passive and let the Magic Hourglass do its thing!

Rabadon's Deathcap Last Item
Finish off with this.

OTHER VIABLE ITEMS

Morello's Tome
Well if you want more spam than this should work Very Happy
Also gives hefty amount of AP

DeathFire Grasp

You're LeBlanc! So obviously your AP is gonna be Gay lol...
I think this can replace your final Deathcap.. Why not experiment?

6. Laning, Killing and Teamfights (How to Use LB)

This is the most important part of this guide. Welcome and thank you for reading this far.

Basically this part just tackles the people you may lane against in Solo Mid and how to start using LeBlanc

*How to Damage/Initiate/Kill*

I will start with this part first, seeing as how newb players need to know it first

Before Level 6,

Q, W then W again to return to starting position

This is a GREAT way to harass your opponent, dealing substantial amount of damage and silencing him. Use this for the laning phase

OR

E. Once latched, Q, W and W again

BETTER WAY to deal damage and ensure that he really gets hurt. Not so great if he hides behind creeps though Razz

ONCE/AFTER LEVEL 6

Q, R, W and then E

THIS IS YOUR MAIN COMBO. ONE COMBO CAN BRING CAITLYN TO CRITICAL LIFE WHEN BOTH OF YOU ARE LEVEL 6.

ALWAYS USE Q and then R I CANNOT OFF THE CAPS AND STRESS THIS ENOUGH.

OR

W, then Q, R, and then E

Well, this is if he knows you are going to kill him and keeps his distance from you. The W is just to move in so you can blast him with your spells.

OR
E, then Q, R and W

One more way to do TERRIBLE TERRIBLE damage

*Escaping*

This will be your main escape technique.

W, R and then Flash. or in any order

This is called a triple Flash, and is highly vauled by ALL LeBlanc players who knows how to use it. Trust me, this is one of the best escapes if you know how to use it. Therefore I mentioned this a few times in the Guide,

Or you can just Latch with E to stop the enemy from chasing you Very Happy

*LANING*

Basically in Laning, do what you normally do with other champs.

For LeBlanc, last hit minions, harass with Q and W and don't get hurt too often. If the enemy is too trigger-happy then just play safe until Level 6. Here are champs that you may have difficulty with when Soloing Mid.

1. Annie

Trust me. Only her bear is scary. The bear should be a Champ itself!

Bring pots to deal with the nuke stun combo that she usually deals to all champs.

2. Ashe

For her slow, hide behind your creeps to avoid her Volley. And try not to engage her 1 on 1 unless she has fired her ulti.
Or unless you are pretty confident

Personally Ashe is one of the easy ones to lane against, like a bot!

3. Brand

Same as Ashe. Stay behind your creeps. And bring pots just in case that W burns too much for you

4. Caitlyn

Avoid her Traps, and Avoid her Ulti. As with all the others, stay behind your creeps to avoid her Q.

5.Ezreal

This is a tricky one. Avoid Over Extending and getting blasted by his nukes. Other than that hes A-OK

6. Miss Fortune

This Champ requires more to Lane Against. Staying behind your creeps will leave you plastered with her QQ Shots, while staying in front you get blasted by her E. Play safe

7. Xin Zhao

This Champ makes most players cower in fear. Most Xin Zhao players are scary and will require most players to change lane or play extremely safe.

That's the only few champs that I will be covering. I'm very sure that there will be more Champs able to Solo Mid and match up against you. I wish you all the best and that you are able to learn the other Champs yourself!

7. Conclusion

Well, that's the end of my Guide. Thank you for viewing it and I pray someday this will make it to Moba. I wish you all the best in playing this great b**** and have fun!

LeBlanc should rush rabbadon
Not make rabbadon your final item
It will make your LeBlanc burst potential gone
And RoA and Rylai is not good on LeBlanc
Since you are meant to be an assassin
And as you have said
you got triple flash
So there is no need to use the slow if you wanted to chase the enemy
For running away you got your chain no?
Its also a nice cc ability and remember that you got your triple flash bro Smile

I think meki 2x are bad as starting items. Boot 3x enable more outplay options while doran will save your asses from lv2 gank (which is the current jungle meta especially shaco). meki 2x provide no mobility at all nor hp to survive from lv2 gank. A decent starting items would be boot3x then 2 or 3 dorans.

For utilities masteries, i think the ms masteries is a must for every champ that need position themselves well in a fight. The mana regen will be solved with only 2 or 3 dorans early game while mid game u will always get blue from your jungler.

I prefer another type of skill sequence:
R(Q mimic)>Q>W>E>Q
This sequence enable you to silence the opp 3 times, which is devastating for ap carries especially ap that can tank. swain, gragas, cho.

Sigh...

Personally I'd go for Deathfire Grasp.

I personally think Its quite okay. Item build, it all depends on playstyle and preferences. Your build is more passive, building offensive and defensively at the same time, whereas most LeBlanc players like hardcore offense because it works well with her. Well, anything can work so as long as you know to use it. +1 for sympathy.

Try to consider. Pick axe,ROA,DeathCap,DFG,Banshee.

U know what u get from this build ?

1:1 combos squishies (need some time to get used to W DFG E Q R W) ya i know, that's super hard to do but if u can do it, it's the best combo ever since u don't have to go near them to use Q first.

2:Be useful all the time. normal LB just went in, kill someone and disappear or being useless with stupid 3 skills that is very risky to use in team fight. 1 that can't deal damage without another skill hitting. 1 need time to activate and u have to stay in range. 1 place u very near enemy making u vulnerable to CCs.
This build will give u some CDR and with blue buff it'll be 40 % and u can still use skills, silence , stunts, and assassinate someone every 20 sec. even if u can't kill someone in one combos, if it's enough to force someone to back, that's good already. u and ur team can force 4v5 fight with ur ultimate ready in less than 15 sec.

3: I HATE THIS FCKING ATMOG META. SO DFG AND KILL EM ALL.

4: u won't get instagib like normal lb

in conclusion, IMO this build is more viable in high elo and competitive play.

DFG is good for her, u can instagib theier ap or ad carry in a blink.
ROA is good but it waste your potential, better rush deathcap because LB tend to fall off during late game.
