it happens whenever we have enough people online and we host one.
making it a scheduled in house games will convert it into some sort of training schedules.
why not participate ur inhouse training session in ur legion, rather then scheduling in house games?
"It happens whenever we have enough people online".
Yes, there are always people online. But everyone's busy ranking, going into premades, or solo queueing. No one's gonna turn up for any inhouses other people host if they're busy. Hence setting a time for inhouses will at least tell people : "Hey, there's an inhouse at 9 pm, better finish your business so you can have fun with others."
"making it a scheduled in house games will convert it into some sort of training schedules."
No it won't. As you said, inhouse games are for clan members to have fun. So, scheduling inhouses (They can be at random times, just maybe in 24 hours notice) will enable members to turn up, so the fun won't be spoilt. You know how frustrating it is to wait 45 minutes just for someone random to come online and play.

To be honest, my legion is not really that active *ahem ahem*, so I usually train with legion members at random times, or look for more senior members to give me tips. To have a legion training schedule is to know when to train, can't we have an inhouse schedule to know when to have fun? Just my two cents.

playing more inhouse with clan than with legions
true story
Also, I have further good news which Pseudo tells me:
kos, we are looking into that.. and believe we found a solution to it... give us some time to work out the kinks and test the system before releasing it to you guys
So I believe that the higher ups are working on a solution to this and I put my faith in them to work something out, both with the legion system and the inhouse games.
