Why you play Evelynn in the lane:

-THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY REASON WHY YOU ARE PLAYING HER IN LANE

Why you play Evelynn in the jungle:

-Invisible ganks are almost impossible to stop
-Slow is available as soon as you kill Blue
-Red helps you BY A HELL LOT
-You don't burden your teammates by further dying in lane

Who should not attempt Evelynn:

-People that don't understand how to mash buttons for maximum DPS through Q
-People that like to farm forever (Go and play Nasus or Veigar)
-People that want to win a game without having an adrenaline rush (Go and play Shen)

How do you play Evelynn:

GANKGANKGANKGANKGANKGANKGANKGANK there is no visible sight of your gank attempt unlike Shaco's orange coloured smoke.
GANKGANKGANKGANKGANKGANKGANKGANK when there is a lone squishy and he/she/it is farming creeps with NO ONE ELSE IN SIGHT.
GANKGANKGANKGANKGANKGANKGANKGANK the enemy blue/red/dragon/baron with your invis + smite steal

Okay that's pretty much it. Commonsense should tell you to just mash Q during an engagement and use your R always when running/chasing. Idiot Eve's go AP and die under 5 seconds. My Eve NEVER DIES.

Unless it's a 1v5.
