Buy items that will guarantee your safety and stop you from dying(negatron, wriggles, dorans) or nothing if you just died out of stupidity, and focus on farming and taking in cs. Look for kill oppurtunities and act on it, hopefully breaking you out of snowball. Ask a gank from your jungler if hes not busy(he has to farm too).

Listen to your captain, or your teammates as you have lost your power simply by feeding(people won't listen to you)

what to do when u are winning fights, dominating lane, basically with 30/0/0 score, and the opponent still doesnt want to surrender.

Just for sharing, getting wriggles when losing lane is pretty good. It provides lifesteal, armor (against AD), free ward (duh), and better dragon control (crucial for successful come back from unfavorable lane).

3 Doran blade or Wriggle is better ?

3 Doran give 300 HP 9 lifesteal and 30 damage

wriggle give 30 armor 23 damage 15 lifesteal (with free ward and procs)

IMO i still think that wriggle is better but someone say 3-4 doran is better.

Give us opinion on when to stack doran and when to buy wriggle or when to rush BFF.

Tier 1: Hardest Carrying Power, xxx, Lowest Carrying Power

Firstly you need to know when to get BT, and when to get IE

You get BT if your champion does not purely rely on auto attacks to deal damage(vayne, caitlyn, graves), or have good ad scaling(caitlyn, graves), or have steroid lifesteal heals(caitlyn's passive, miss fortunes double up)

You get IE if your champion relies alot on auto attacks(ashe), or have an attack speed steroid(miss fortune, graves, caitlyn), or simply fed, or persona preference

If you are going for IE, you get 3 dorans

If you are going for BT, you get wriggles

This also applies according to the enemy - If your enemy is graves you would go wriggles as he has alot of burst, if your enemy is tristana you would go dorans as she does magic damage

Take note that you should only go wriggles if you are losing your lane, or dorans if you think you are too squishy

I build Berserker, Blood, Zeal(for the little ms) before IE on Graves. isdatk?

Wait WOT? Sivir is tier 1? When did THAT happen?

What other countermeasures should an AD carry be doing if losing the lane?

Well, you are the ad carry. You should always go for your core items (PD, IE, BT, etc). Wriggles or dorans only help you with survivability. Often, I met people who build dorans and wriggles together, which is stupid. You only need to pick either route and go straight for your core.

If you are having problems you definitely need to go dorans / negatron / wriggles to escape snowballing to death, which sets you back further

You could try and get kills(unlikely), but possible with your junglers. But if your jungler or support takes the kill then it is pointless
Your only hope is that you drag to late game and your cs is fine

if im not wrong "orbwalking" is cancel your 2nd atk animation by moving rite?

in league of legends, there's no orb walking despite ashe's frost arrow is similiar to the skill in dota with the same name. But it doesn't work the same as drow ranger's frost arrow as it only allows you to toggle it on and off instead of letting you fire 1 hit with no cd.

The correct term is animation cancel, which means you press A(or right click) on the target, wait for 0.1-0.35 sec depending on your aspd, then right click the place in front to walk. Rinse and repeat. This way, most ranged champions can get more hits from the target before it went out of range.

This might sound abit diffrent from the other.
But i just wanna ask how to counter AD carry.
