A SERIOUS PROBLEM HAS SURFACED IN THIS CLAN

And as a devoted member, I feel there is a need to address this issue. Our clan is slowly, but surely falling apart. From grade A to C, it is obvious that we were better off in the past. It is mostly due to clan authorities not doing anything to improve the situation. Clanmates only use the clan chat to talk to a specific few persons, and not to the whole clan. Clanmates tend to be more game-oriented, neglecting the overall wellbeing of other clanmates. There are fewer and fewer players in our clan that actually bother to say "Hello" or "How is everyone?", and everyone is mostly like "Wa ajem carry team to victory", "ajem got triple kill with ezreal but got other noob teammates thats why lose", statements referring to one or two specific games that other clanmates have no clue about. This leads to confusion within the clan for absolute amnesia about what other clanmates are saying, and further lead to them abstaining from the clan chat due to neglect and not feeling welcome.

Clans are communities where players feel home. Clanmates should be part of everything that are going on in the clan. Talk to clanmates nicely, don't boss them around, don't ignore them, SHOW THEM YOUR LOVE AND CARE. Instead of solo-queing, try asking other clanmates for duo-penta que(no pun intended). We have to start nurturing our love for our clan, talk more to clanmates. As for the authorities of the clan, organise more clan events to get new clanmates to know everyone better. Really, anything is possible. Don't get all hopeless and be like "this clan is done for" Put in more effort for our clan, and I believe it still can be salvaged from the brink of desolation, let's all work together, and revive our clan, even better, surpass our former glory.

I don't get paid to write this, I'm just doing this for the sake of our beloved clan.

Really, everyone is only about "What build for this, what build for that, how to play sona, how to play soraka."

There is nothing wrong with that, just that its way too much, that our clan only becomes a platform for LoL Q&A.

Agree with him 10x. Mods should do something.

Clan Chat is only the few.

2 other things, IMO:

- I am known to say "this clan trolls me harder than random strangers"... sadly, in certain cases this is true.

Maybe it is because random strangers tend to rage more than troll, but I digress...

Thus, even the "what should I build for X" or "who should I buy" questions are not even going to be asked by clanmates after a while... because why ask when the answer is going to be "Buy Kadamode/Lee Singa" despite you asking if Ahri is viable, people "learn" to stay away... not to mention certain things that happen in-game... like:


- I tend to go into clan pre-made with a "balls in" attitude... because I need it. Especially with some captains and movers of the clan.

There is a certain... I donno, pressure? A certain level of need to excel in any and all games involving fellow clan members. "If you can't dig yourself out of ELO hell, you don't deserve that ELO". "If you can't carry the team, you don't deserve that ELO"...

... truth from the mouth of Dovahkiin himself (maybe), but when that is translated all the way into "if you are so terr-bad in clan premade scrims, we now have permission to snark at you lots". etc...

This of course does not apply to most clan premades, but when the clan's front door reads "enter, and learn together how to play better"... and on one fine day you get blasted by this (not quite opposite of "learn how to play better", because knowing you're bad IS the first step to learn, but...)


PS: I am not asking people to coddle newbs like myself, because when i am terribad I would want to know about it... but at least please... I donno... don't play "wack a mole" or something?

Previously we have been organizing events, but sadly, not much turn ups. It only lasted for a while.

Secondly, clan chat. Most of you ain't active on clan chat. As you can see, our clan chat has been pretty busy; IF ONLY you guys be part of it and join the conversation. I am sure people would be more than willing to reply you.

Uhhh Don't blame me for anythin' aite. I'm just saying. This is what I see in the clan and some solutions which MIGHT BE POSSIBLE. Yea dat. Oh and apologies I haven't been active recently due to business. Thats all.

That's why we are trying to take actions.
Organizing events, and stuffs like that.
Of course, its still under planning process.

I used to participate in most clan events like clan training with Freedom and Dovahkiin. But god knows where's Dovahkiin now. I never see him.
