| How good is using flat/ap per lvl seals/quints?

| I mainly play jungle and sub AP mid since someone in my team is better at AP caster but i'm still quite confident in my ap mid
About AP rune there's 2 reason u'd use flat AP Glyps is to use it with champions that can farm decently with some more AP at early game eg morg gragas and the second reason is that if u want to go very aggressive against enemy and know that enemy won't fight u back eg leblanc annie brand but if u want to go agressive knowing that u have to trade with enemy MR glyps would be better since it reduce alot of damage | |
